Following a technical fault with my vehicle which required roadside recovery I contacted Swift via their WhatsApp account to hopefully initiate a possible diagnosis the following day.

We couldn't get a date for full service and MOT at our usual garage, they recommended Swift - we have since brought all three of our vehicles for servicing and MOT. Easy to book a date / time. They contact us to check before spending our money on things we didn't know about (tyres etc) Office is very busy but efficient, staff are friendly. Swift is now our 'go to' garage

Used this garage for many years. They have always been reliable and have a very friendly way about all their staff. This is important to me and can’t always be found in other garages! Their online booking system,confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment and paying online is great for me. If this isn't your thing it can still all be booked etc by phone or in person.
