At Swift, we have been going through some changes over the last few months to ensure we are set up to look after your vehicles for many years to come.
Our offices have been updated, we have changed our garage management software to enable us to keep you up to date with the repair process more easily giving you photographic and video explanation of what is required.
We have implemented online booking systems and automated reminders.
The two branches have been shuffled a bit to give us the flexibility to keep our booking lead tome to a minimum and we have welcomed Andy, Dannie and Tonia to our front of house team.
And there is more to come !
As vehicle technology increases, we need to move with it.
We are working closely with Bosch to be able to make our technical expertise the best in the area and with links to the vehicle manufacturer we have the capability to repair and record the online service schedules.
